No person acting on behalf of the company should offer, authorize, request, accept, or provide anything of value for the improper purpose of influencing a business or government decision.

No retaliation
Alliance Enterprise System LLC does not support retaliation against individuals who raise legitimate concerns in good faith.
Investigation and Response
Reported concerns may be reviewed based on their nature and severity.
Appropriate actions may include:
- internal investigation
- escalation to management
- consultation with legal or compliance professionals
- corrective action
- supplier or partner review
- notification to appropriate authorities where legally required
