Your visit.Your choice.

This notice explains what information may be processed when you use the Alliance Enterprise System website, why it is used, and how you can control optional visit insights.

01 / WHO WE ARE

The organization responsible for this website.

Alliance Enterprise System LLC operates this website and determines how the optional visit-alert information described below is used.

02 / YOUR CHOICE

Optional visit insights stay off until you allow them.

When you first visit, the website asks whether Alliance Enterprise may receive a private visit alert. “Decline” and “Allow visit insights” are offered as equal choices. Declining does not limit access to the website.

No advertising tracking or fingerprintingThe visit-alert feature is not designed to build advertising profiles, follow you across unrelated websites, or identify you by combining hidden device characteristics.

Your choice is stored in your browser so the website can remember it. A temporary session marker prevents more than one visit alert during the same browser session.

03 / INFORMATION PROCESSED

Only a limited visit summary is prepared after consent.

If you allow visit insights, the website sends:

  • The page path and page title you visited.
  • The date and time of the visit.
  • The referring website origin, when your browser makes it available.
  • Browser language, browser time zone, broad device type, platform category, browser category, and viewport size.
  • An approximate city, region, or country when the hosting provider supplies it.
  • A masked network address in the private alert. The application removes the final part of an IPv4 address or shortens an IPv6 address before preparing the alert.

The web server necessarily receives a network address to answer an internet request. This application is designed not to place the full address in the WhatsApp or webhook alert and does not include a visit-history database.

Information you choose to send

The project form does not submit silently to Alliance Enterprise. It prepares information in your selected email or WhatsApp application, where you can review it before sending. Those providers then process the message under their own terms and privacy notices.

04 / PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

Why the optional information is used.

Alliance Enterprise uses the limited visit summary to receive a private notification that someone, with consent, viewed a page; understand which service or product attracted interest; and identify broad technical or regional context that may help improve the website experience.

The optional alert is based on your consent. You may decline or withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal affects future alerts and does not change processing that occurred before withdrawal.

05 / PROVIDERS AND TRANSFERS

Who may help deliver the website and alert.

Depending on the final hosting and notification configuration, information may be processed by the website hosting provider and either Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform or an automation webhook provider selected by Alliance Enterprise.

These providers may process information in countries outside your location. Alliance Enterprise should configure appropriate provider agreements and transfer safeguards before enabling the live notification service for visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom.

Alliance Enterprise does not sell visit-alert information.

06 / RETENTION AND SECURITY

Designed to minimize stored visitor data.

The website implementation does not include a database for storing visit alerts. It prepares an alert and forwards it to the configured notification provider. The consent choice remains in your browser until you change it, clear browser storage, or the website changes the preference design.

Hosting, WhatsApp, email, and webhook providers may keep operational logs or messages under their own retention settings and policies. Alliance Enterprise should choose the shortest practical retention and limit account access to people who need it.

Reasonable technical measures include encrypted transport, server-side credentials, least-privilege access, masked network addresses in alerts, input validation, and keeping notification credentials out of public website files.

07 / YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask about your personal information.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Because the optional visit alert deliberately avoids asking for your name, Alliance Enterprise may need reasonable information to locate a relevant record and may sometimes be unable to connect a visit alert to a particular person.
